We put in place a travel booking solution that –

- Maximised travel booking staff productivity through low touch in-house travel booking solution and one dedicated travel consultant to manage all executives travel via a single email request solution.
- Automated travel booking processes, cost centres, project codes etc allocated automatically per individuals bookings, automatic identification of preferred rate/fare arrangements for each booking and travel policy adhered to 100% including fare tolerance of +/-$80 maximum as set by client.

CASE STUDY B: Mining client with International mine sites, expenditure of $2.5M most travel undertaken by executives from Australia and ex Mine sites to various countries – We put in place a travel booking solution that –

- Maximised travel booking staff productivity for all EA’s and PA’s, complete bookings including air, hotel transfers and car hire generated via one single email request
- Provided an automated VIP Quality Assurance system to double-check all details and ensure membership and tier status upgrades were requested and delivered for every VIP traveller. This ensured all VIP travellers journeys were never interrupted or caused issues.
- Ensured clients travel policy was adhered for every trip via our travel booking technology
- Managed the change of travel policy from Business to Economy class for middle management on trips of less than 8 hours duration via Synergy Travel’s PLUS+ fares which provide travellers with Airport Lounge access and private airport transfers when flying economy class.
