Synergy Travel has sourced the most advanced technology partners to support our online solution. Our travel consultants can also provide support, as they use the same booking engine as the traveler who is booking online and can see all bookings so QA checks can be done if required.

- Access to extensive content –Sabre Online now provides access to wide-ranging content including airlines, hotels, car rental locations, maps and hotel images to enhance the selection of content. The platform also facilities support for negotiated and contract rates as well as combined Sabre, low cost carrier and third party hotel options.
- Complete range of flight options – An all-inclusive variety of flight options are available at the travel bookers fingertips including Domestic, Trans-Tasman, Pacific Islands and International flights as well as a low seat availability display. Travel bookers can now review and use e-ticket credits as part of the booking flow and combine one-way fares for international travel.
- Superior profile and authorisation features – With comprehensive and easy access to profile data, the adaptable platform now sets home-city default in traveller profiles, supports guest traveller bookings and allows clients to create and edit their profiles online. There is also an innovative self-registering feature for new authorised travel bookers.
- Comprehensive policy and preference management – Intuitive icons are visible throughout the booking process providing travel professionals with the support they need to easily manage and enforce travel policy compliance via authorisation settings. The new Sabre Online allows the loss of savings to be easily identified and multiple traveller bookings are split into single PNRs to ease corporate reporting.

Travellers will have access to travel information, including dates, times, confirmation numbers, vendor phone numbers, and more, in one central location that is conveniently and instantly accessible either on the web or Smartphone application.

The Synergy Travel Mobile application is constantly watching your itinerary and letting you know of new information or potential problems ahead.
- The Trip Message Stream.
Located below your itinerary segment is an important stream of messages for you. These messages are specific to your trip. They let you know if there are updates, potential issues or opportunities for your trip. They might alert you to a gate change for your flight, parking availability at the airport, that your flight arrives well before check-in time at your hotel or that there is a discount at a restaurant near your gate. Be sure to check these messages often while you are traveling.
- Segment Details.
Behind the primary information on each trip item is additional detail on that segment. Details like confirmation numbers, vendor contact information (address and phone), baggage claim, hotel ratings, pictures and other detail. Be sure to explore the detail on each trip item.
- Use the Tools.
There are a number of travel tools that are accessible from the web or the application. These tools include: Travel and current converters, real-time seat maps for many airlines, driving directions between points in your itinerary, alternate flights search (in case you need an earlier to later flight), and much more.

The Synergy Travel Mobile travel application ensures that your travellers have access to all their trip information at their fingertips and in the most convenient way possible, are always informed about changes that will affect their travel plans and are empowered with information that they can access to quickly make decisions about their travel.
